As the name implies, this cookie recipe has everything. The base recipe goes all out by combining chocolate chips, pretzels, toffee bits, and potato chips. Feel free to substitute with different varieties of chocolate, candies, or whatever you like in a cookie recipe. Every bite is a surprising and satisfying blend of sweet and salty. If you like, crush up some extra potato chips and give your cookie dough a quick roll in them to give the outside a more distinct look.

Ingredients

  • 3 2/3 cups all purpose flour

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 1 1/4 teaspoons baking soda

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 1/4 cups butter, softened

  • 1 1/4 cups packed brown sugar

  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 2 large eggs

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

  • 12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips

  • 3/4 cup potato chips, crushed (plus optional ½ cup for rolling)

  • 2/3 cup toffee bits

  • 1 oz pretzels, broken into pieces

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. In a medium bowl stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; set aside.

  2. In a large bowl beat butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar on high for 5 minutes or until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla until combined.

  3. In 1 cup increments, add the flour mixture, mixing with electric mixer or wooden spoon after each addition. Stir in chocolate pieces, 3/4 cup potato chips, toffee bits, and pretzels.

  4. Drop dough by rounded tablespoons (or a #40 scoop) 2-inches apart onto cookie sheets. Lightly dip dough balls into remaining 1/2 cup potato chips, pressing a couple crushed pieces of chip into the top of each cookie, if desired.

  5. Bake for 13 to 15 minutes or until edges are just light brown. Cool on cookie sheet for 2 minutes. Transfer to wire racks and let cool.
